PeterNew District Office in Waldorf

March 1, 2009 by Peter · 7 Comments, leave one of your own

My thanks to all of you who came to our ribbon-cutting at the new District Office in Waldorf.  It was good to see so many of you who I have known and worked with over the years.  I want to thank Charles County Commissioner Sam Graves who stopped by and brought a signed Charles County seal for the office.  Other dignitaries who attended were Sheriff Rex Coffey, Orphans Court Judge Lorraine Berry, Clerk of the Court Sherrie Hancock, and May Dennis Scheessele of Indian Head.

We have wonderful pictures of the occasion thanks to Jack Hurd and Tom Propes.  My special thanks to Jewell Bragunier and her crew for preparing the refreshments for the day.

Sorry Tom. We had many wonderful photos but missed that one. We’ve added it now. It was a joy seeing Heather as well.

Thanks Tom. Actually, if you click the image you’ll get the full size and I’m in tact. Better me than Heather. :-)

So sorry I missed the opening of your new office. It looks like everyone had a great time celebrating with you. Teacher members from EACC attended in my absence. I will certainly stop in once General Assembly is over. Congratulations and thanks for all the hard work you do!
